If your Love is lost you can not bring it back.
If its misplaced then its possible.
You need to do a spell to create the opportunity to Meet, or speak to the person and then do the rest yourself

You don't need a spell for that purpose. Forcing someone to return to you is virtual slavery. You might as well drug them to do your bidding. If, on the other hand, you want to improve YOURSELF so that this person will give you a second chance, then you don't need spells, you need to assess what went wrong before. When you know what you need to do to be kinder, more positive and upbeat, loving, and just a great person to share with, THEN the Universe will send you the person you need to be a partner to you. The "lost love" you speak of quite possibly got away because it was the wrong one. Look to your future. Stop wasting your time regretting your past and wanting to relive it.
